Our Aberdeen Pilates exercise classes are all designed and taught by fully qualified physiotherapists. They are planned with thought, individualised for clients, and most importantly relaxed and fun! Pilates is also available on a one-to-one basis and classes are also suitable for both ante and post-natal pregnancy stages.

Physiotherapists have expert knowledge of the body and specifically the musculoskeletal system. They rehabilitate clients through exercise therapy every day and so are perfectly placed to teach Pilates.
